This is exactly what I like! Keep going, you can always "gift a hug" when you are finished.

Ooooh, it's so pretty though!!

The strip tube method has been a time-saving, quilt making project for me. I love them. Looks like you really did a lot of work, when in fact, you didn't. It looks complicated and complex at the same time. The first one I made out of batik remnants and scraps, did it in one day and everyone loved it. For me, it was a great way to use my 'fugly' fabric and no one cares.

Don't quit on this one. I have not yet attempted a scrappy as I am afraid that I will do the same thing - scrap it! I am currently doing the FMQ on a scrappy that my grandmother pieced. She is turning 81 at the end of this month and has just lost her vision in one eye so I offered to quilt two of her tops for her. I was hating it at first, but the more I work on it, the more I appreciate it. Keep going, I like it so far can't wait to see it done!

I did something similar as a present for my mom. I'm like you and thought it was really busy. However, I gave it away. The next on that I made was 2 colors only and that one I really liked however, I gave it as a present also. I vote to finish it. If you don't like it, there is always someone who would love to have it.

I think it is very pretty. If you aren't feeling it just sell it as a WIP I am sure someone here will grab it up!

I like it. Nice quilt

If you really don't like it, I'd be willing to buy it from you, fabric and all; I love, love love scrappy and your fabric choices. You can PM me with details if interested.
