Loved both dresses & your choice of fabrics...went to the website & decided she needs to show your dresses on her patterns as they look much cuter than the ones she shows on there...maybe you should do her advertising!! I may order one to make for my daughter. Thanks for sharing!

Very cute! And looks like you did a great job. I used to make alot of clothes for myself, my kids and even hubby. But since I have gotten into quilting I don't do many clothes anymore. Once in awhile I sew for my granddaughter now. She is 5 and loves it when I make her something new.

Wow.....what gorgeous work. You will love putting your new skills to work and adding to your wardrobe as well. The best thing is that as my Mother used to tell me when I learned to sew....."you don't see yourself coming." That is to say there aren't hundreds of other dresses out there just like yours. Your garments will be unique and every bit as beautiful as you are. Enjoy!
