I love how the design just flows. Beautiful job. So far, I'm not very skilled in the quilting end....sorry I can't suggest anything.

Thanks for your lovely suggestions !! I haven't had much practice doing feathers K, been a while since done any free motion at all, but I found a large length of batik that I bought in Singapore that has a open vine/flowers/leaves on which will be lovely for the back, I am now considering just following this pattern, quilting from the back after do the centre applique panel first

Love it! May I ask how wide your log cabin strips were cut? I want to do an uneven log cabin but not sure how thin to make the thin strips......

1.5" wide strip, 1" narrow, cut size, thanks for your enthusiasm Prism99
