Really pretty quilt! I think I would use the fabric in the center (dark blue w/ red floral) as the binding.
Would really tie it all together nicely (imho) ;)

A darker solid blue matching that in your border fabric would be perfect, I think better than a red. Using the floral print might be too busy next to the border print.

That's a nice quilt and would do red.

I think red binding would be spectacular and here is why.....your reds appear to expand out like an expanding universe or an exploding star. Your eye is drawn to the center red and then they follow out to the red points. Adding a red binding would continue that look creating a sense of infinity. Just my opinion. :)
