Not sure about about these borders>>It is a
baby quilt for a girl... |
Love the quilt and the borders.
Blends well. Beautiful quilt.
I like the first one with just the hint of blue. Such fresh colors! Beautiful job!
Love the quilt and the borders!
Such a pretty quilt- I think the pink would make the quilt pop more than the green, in other words- pink border, then green for the outer one.
Great job!!!!! :D |
Love the quilt. My eyes are soaking in the pink border and skipping over the green. I am trying to get a headache so that may be why. I like both the pink and the green. I like the quilt. Can't wait to see how you border it. You will do good.
Excellent choices!
I was thinking of doing a 2 inch green and a 4 inch in pink?? Or should I just use Pink???
i think the green will frame it beautifully inside the pink border :D
I agree with TanyaMas. That green pink combo is really pretty with that quilt.
looks good to me
I really like it -- with the narrow green border and the wider pink. It will be beautiful.
Coordinates very well!!
Great!
Very pretty!
I think the green and pink are an excellent choice. Can't wait to see the finished quilt!
I think you have made a good choice. Your quilt is beautiful.
I love the quilt, I would do the pink as the inner border to make the pinwheels pop and then the green as the outer border. Good luck and post when you finish it so we can all ooo and awwww.
Either color or even both colors look great together. The only thing I would do (in my opinion), is use the pink for the smaller border and the light green for the outer border. This might make the quilt itself pop out more. Beautiful work on your quilt.
Looks like a great combo!

Great job!!!!! :D |
I think it's perfect in the first picture!!
Since it's for a girl - the pink will 'finish' the quilt. Nice job.

I'm a pink and green sort of girl so I like it! :D
Thanks everyone for the help..!!
Green and pink borders - Yes :-P
I'm going with those that say first the pink and the use the green as the out border. What are you going to use as a binding?
My Granddaughter would like it! I made her a pink and green (and other pastel color) pinwheels quilt for her also! Those are her favorite colors. You did a great job! |
your quilt is very pretty, and I love the pink and green borders
I like the borders you choose. Very pretty.
I like the pink & green. I would also put a narrow plain white border first or at least in between the pink & green.
I love pinwheels
It is a perfect choice--I like it. Nice quilt too.
I like your idea of the 2" green and 4" pink. Makes me think of cotton candy. Great for a little girl!
I vote for the green border and the pink binding. Yummy
Hmm, I think the bright pink takes my eye away from those beautiful pinwheels and would put it closer in, otherwise it might overwhelm the quilt.
love the quilt
