Beautiful! I am in the process of making the pattern in reds. It "definitly" is alot of hand embroidery. But I like your idea about the BOM I think I'll give it try. Love the blues. :thumbup:

I have this pattern also and it does take alot of time I had slowed down and not worked on it for awhile but you make me want to get at it again! I am doing it in blue also. Yours is beautiful! Gives me hope I will finish it!

I love that!! I have the same pattern - still sitting in my closet after about 3 years, still in the original packaging. I never thought of doing it in blue though. The package shows redwork, so that is what I thought it needed to be, and may be why it is still sitting in my clostet. I LOVE the blue, and think that you did a wonderful job. Hopefully you have inspired me!!!

I prefer the dark batik or the white
I really don't think that the poka dots
look well at all with the back of the quilt
It has to look well too you know lol

This is beautiful! I have a couple of friends who have made this pattern in redwork. I think I like it in blue better, as snowflakes often look blue!!
