Yes, I think I would stitch in the ditch also. I surely wouldn't want to take anything away from that beautiful piece. Congrats!

stunning, this is definitely on my bucket list, as soon as I learn a little more. and develop more quilting skills

This is a very nice piece. I think your idea of stitch in the ditch for the blocks is a good one, but I am lost for an idea on quilting the border.

There is a design on the border. I can see lines that could cross. I would follow what is there and not compete. That is just beautiful.

beautiful, my only suggestion would be to quilt in the ditch

I would definitely SID; on the black border, I'm thinking a few straight rows of metallic gold stitches about 3/8" apart to accent all around the border. Or use a wide double needle with that if you have one.

I would stitch in the ditch............ It would be great if could make your boarder look like a frame but keep it modern...

That is beautifully done, wonderfully fabrics, and it does have a nice modern look. I wouldn't do SID. Perhaps some gentle curves that follow the curves of the design? I like the Greek key idea for the border.

wow beautiful

Awesome. I would use as a wall hanging. I would be afraid to use as a runner.
