No orange border, just binding. It takes away attention from the quilt itself.

no orange border, maybe to do the binding. the quilt is beautiful, but the orange border takes your eyes off the quilt

I would leave as is. I think the orange binding might draw attention away from the center.

I think it looks very nice the way it is, so my way to figure out whether I wanted the orange border added would be - "how big do I want this quilt to be?" If I want it bigger, I'd add the border. If you like the size the way it is, just use the orange as the binding. ...Just what I'd do, but what do I know? :-)
