Orange is my favorite color but in this case I vote no orange border. In fact I wouldn't use orange binding either, I'd bind it in purple.

I like it both ways just sort of depends what size finished quilt you want .Your quilt is very beautiful and vibrant.

Is purple or orange going to be your primary color? If it is purple I would go with orange binding. If it is orange then I would go with purple binding. Love your quilt as is :-)
