I was wanting a chair to use will at the longarm, so I priced them. Way out of my buget. I found this one at HeartlandAmerica.com It was 27.99 so I figured why not. It's a sturdy chair but when it comes to rolling, I feel like I will fall over. My DH wants to go to Home Depot or Lowes to look at better wheels. He thinks they will be at least $20-30 each. So much for saving money. I know it would still be cheaper than the other ones but still - there goes some fabric money. It goes from 27" to 32" high.

I read somewhere not long ago to get the stools that doctors use as they are very adjustable & roll.

it's probably because it's on carpet, if you had a wood floor or one of those expensive floor mats

I have wood floors all thru the house except my sewing room. It did the same thing on them too. And I am well under the weight limit.

I agree,.....I noticed my doctor's stool last week when I saw him.

I like office chairs with 5 wheels - center of gravity feels better to me.

I was thinking this too, you might check out a mat to go under it at the office supply places. They really help when you are on carpet...
