It took me forever to make the first cut. Now I have all the half square triangles sewn together and (although it doesn't show in the pictures) about half of the strips sewn together. Hopefully, I can finish the strips by tonight..... ya know if I ever drag myself off of here ;)
When I do finally get this part finished, I have 6" wide finished boarders of a black and white print that go around it. It should finish between 115x115 and 120x120 approx. (I'm not the greatest math person so I guesstimate)

I love this patten. It is so contemporary in B&W. Doesn't it go together so easily!

Pretty easy. After I got all of the light to dark half square triangles together it only took about an hour and a half to get it laid out on the floor and the strips go pretty quickly. I cheat on them though I pin the entire strip together so I don't lose the direction and can do the entire strip while i'm at the machine :)

    How big are your HST?

It is a very nice quilt, I have yet to make a black and white but I have all the material to do one... someday.

Wonderful, wonderful! The graphic-ness of black and white has really created an eye-opener here. You go, girl! Fabulous! Can't wait to see the finish!

Are you sure you don't want to first add a solid black border? I love black and white and I love "busy" but I need a place for my eye to rest before yet-another black and white print. Just MHO
