Gwen Marston. ISBN 13:978-1-4027-3043-6 or ISBN 10: 1-4027-3043-8
Probably available at Amazon.com.
Beautiful quilt on page 85, and alternate settings on pages 88-90.
The quilt in my message is for personal use. Not for sale!
