I am now making another Bargello, though this one is green and much less complicated. It is a Christmas gift. Should be fun.

I've watched this quilt for some time now. It came out really great. The borders really set it off and the quilting is wonderful. Do you have a lavender room? My bedrooms are based on a color theme. I have blue, pink, lavender and apricot. Everything in each one is that color. I am only finished with the pink one.

Always love purple to start with. I think you did a super job choosing the gradations of purple for this quilt. This is a challenge because purples can lean to blue or to red and be quite difficult to blend. It takes bargello to a new level for sure. It will be interesting to see what you choose for your next purple project.

This is well worth all of your hard work. It is beautiful and inspirational for those of us wanting to try this quilt style for ourselves. Thanks for showing your months of labor and your baby.
