Depends on how much quilting there is, are the points just sewn on by machine, is there stitching between each point, etc. I do one craft show a year and if I were selling this (very pretty, by the way) I'd charge $14 (in Christmas/holiday fabrics I might try $18). I don't know why but I seem to do well selling things with "odd" pricing, e.g $14 rather than $15.
