The butterfly picture is just some fabric that was stretched over a frame my husband made for me out of pine. I needed to make this room more kid friendly than guest room friendly without getting all new furniture and repainting the room. Thanks for all the nice comments. I used the big blocks because I needed to get this done within a 2 day time frame. The only down side is cutting blocks this big - I ended up using scissors and they did not come out real square.

Very pretty! You say you have trouble with your rotary cutter; check to make sure the screw for the blade is not too tight or too loose. If it's slipage of the ruler while rotary cutting try putting the product "InvisiGrip" (found at JoAnns) on the ruler. It's clear so it doesn't interfere with seeing thru it and it really has been a big help for me.
