Default A quilt for baby Carlyn

This is a quilt I made for my friends new baby girl. I made the pattern from a coloring book picture and appliqued it one.

This is too cute. You certainly do excellent work.I know the mom and baby love it. hmm, forgive the intrusive and noisy question, but isn't that a quilt covering the opening of the fireplace? I could be wrong, but I am seeing a pattern there and to me it looks like one. IF it is, did you make it? The pattern I'm seeing is one the intrigues my eye. I'm a nut that way, I see patterns in objects, and tend to get alot of inspiration that way,and try to put it to paper, then quilts.Anyway, I apologize for being intrusive, not meaning to but could not help but see it.Thanks for sharing the adorable baby quilt.
