You can leave it plain or roll the edges over and hand stitch and/or machine stitch to make it look like a cathedral quilt block. This is what I did, I rolled the edges over and machine stitched it down using my edge foot which worked very nicely. I think I will make this quilt block using a lot of my stash fabric to make different colored cathedrals against a white printed background for the four squares and make them for my two granddaughters and then have the quilts professionally machine quilted. It is very easy to do. Would love to see your quilts using this method. I'm sure there are some out there.
I love your 10 minute Block and the colors you used. I had just finished my quilt. I showed it to a long arm quilter. What she saw kind of surprised me. She said that a long armer would not like the loose edge of the center square as the foot would catch on the loose edge. I told her that I had planned on curving up the edge and stitch it down. I was just proud of the quilt. She did not critize the quilt just a hazard for the quilter and the quilt if the long arm caught on the loose edge.

I like your block! I made a wallhanging using this method a few years ago, but back then we called it 3 dimensional Bow Ties. You can see it here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...g-t172013.html
