Default Quilt for granddaughter with storage bag
This past week was GD's 6th birthday. Off and on she would hint about a quilt when she would come over. So I surprised her with not only a quilt but a reversible storage bag made with almost all of the scraps. The quilt pattern is Lucky Star by Terry Atkinson. The tutorial for the bag is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ND8sjc467GM by Laura Ann Coia (SewVery Easy) YouTube and the name of the tute is How to Make a Storage Bag Any Size.

They both look great! I have that pattern but have been putting off making it for quite some time. I just don't know what fabrics to choose!

How pretty! I love your fabrics and how you combined the colors. It's a beautiful quilt for a little girl. (I'd be happy with it too!)
