That's exactly my thoughts on Fassett fabrics as well. This quilt is a much more pleasing use of them, imo.

What a lovely way to "re-gift" fabric, make them a quilt. I keep thinking about using this pattern for a family reunion quilt, as I'm running out of ideas.
