How wonderful - both the quilt and you for taking in an older child and young adult. We all need 'family' in life and you have given both of them one they will cherish forever.

Because her grand mother passed away she suddenly came into care with us. She has gone through alot and is an amazing pint size little girl that loves the color purple. I made her a purple baskets quilt for her 12 th birthday.
Congrats on your family additions, and the quilt.
