Default A quilt for my mom for Christmas

Mom moved into assisted living a year ago. When I was going thru her house to get it ready to sell, I found a quilt kit that mom had bought to make. Her hands don't allow her to sew any more but she enjoys seeing what I make for her. I used her kit but added a different border to it. The border fabric that came with the kit was a substitute and was way too bold for the soft colors. I think she will like it.

That's absolutely beautiful & I know your mom will love it. It just looks like it says "come snuggle under me & get warmth & comfort".

A really beautiful quilt! I think the border fabric you selected is perfect! She will be so surprised to see it and the wonderful job you did with it.

Lovely quilt! Now sew a good label on the back so it doesn’t go missing.

Hard to find fabric with large roses and so much white background. It is a stunning compliment to your alternating blocks. The boarders set the quilt off for a beautiful grand finale.
