This quilt has taken me the better part of 2 months to finish the top. It always seemed like something would get in the way of me finishing it. But I did finally finish it last weekend. My whole family stayed away from me and my dh cooked and took care of things.

    The quilt is paper pieced.

Thanks everyone. It really made my day reading what you all thought of this quilt. I think my sister will like it. She loves lilac, pinks, and purple. She has been asking me to make her one for a while now, but I had so many others that I had to finish first. She actually wants a king size for her bed. I told her I would make the top and supply the batting and backing if she would find someone to quilt it for her. :D
