Fabulous quilt! Take care of yourself so that your pain doesn't happen again. A physical therapist would probably be able to help you do exercises at home to prevent it from happening or lessen your chances of pain again.

Sorry it hurt you but it's a beautiful quilt. Love those colors together and so nicely arranged. Athletes aren't the only ones who get injured at what they love to do. At least quilters get a work of art out of their pain, and that's what you have there!
