Sorry I hear about the pain. I hope you are on the mend, and feeling much better.

Just wondering why you chose to use 2 layers of batting? Did you do it for warmth, or loft, or something else?
I tried it for the warmth. I love cotton batting, but it never seems warm enough. I made a small difference. I won't do it again.
I would have made the same assumption too. 2 layers would seem to be twice as warm. Thank you for sharing your tip. I'll remember never to do that.

I get adjusted weekly and have no problems
I sit at a computer all day at work and then go home and do regular "wife jobs" then work on computer doing books for 5 companies and then quilt "sometimes"
i go to a straight chiro and love it
I have also lost 40 pounds because the chiro's (brothers) I see got me to eat by design
look for a cafe of life in your location - Straight Chiro is the best
I have not taken a pill of any kind for 10 years

only thing I do take is fish oil, probiotic and vitamin d

honestly try it
