What a fantastic quilt!! I love video games, one of my 4 hobbies. Your grandson is a lucky lil dude.

Not sure how I would quilt it, maybe stippling but with sqaure turns instead of curves. I guess more like etch-a-sketch type turns.

My son says, "WOW!!" Can't quite get the font large enough to represent how cool he thinks it is. Is there a pattern for that? How in the world did you make it? It is just too cool. I like the idea of stippling with more square turns.

I downloaded pictures and enlarged them and then took a ruler and made squares making them 2" squares and then put it all together-you can look at the quilt and see it. Its hard work but I believe my grandson will love it on his birthday next Saturday

Really neat quilt....I, too like the idea of staying geometric...no curvy lines for Mario!!!

Your quilt is great. My son (who is almost 21) is sitting here and I showed it to him. He said that it was awesome!
