    I think you are one resourceful lady to think to do this. Great save! By the way, I made this same bear out of a old bedspread years ago and gave it back to her. She loved it.

    Great solution to an awful situation. Perhaps a custom tag should be put on the back, "Do Not Machine Wash Me".
