    quilt of valor finished

Last year my quilt guild made and presented 66 Quilts of Valor. We decided to make it a yearly event, around Veteran's Day. I made 3 quilts last year, and I don't know if I will get that many made this year, but I just finished one and have to share it. I am pretty pleased with it.

I hope the vet who gets it likes it.

    Thanks for looking.

well your inspector loves it. a vet will love that you thought enough to make a quilt. Heartwarming.
put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.

My hubby is a vet and he appreciates so much whatever people do for him. Just saying thank you brings joy and I am sure the quilt will be a blessing to a vet.

Very pretty QOV. I am glad that your guild has taken this up as a project. We as Americans cannot do enough to repay the veterans for what they have risked, or given, on our behalf. Yes, Thank you.

Very good job. I like the idea of a vet's day donation as an annual event.
