    Default Quilt of Valor

Each year I try to make a little something for our veterans at church. Last year I made them each a patriotic CHRISTmas ornament. This year I got the bright idea of making each of them a lap quilt. Silly me. Well, I have just finished the first top and thought I would show it before it is off to the quilter. Please let me know what you think. I can take the criticism/suggestions.

This is a close up of the cross. It may look a little crooked but it isn't. I promise

Now just 5 more to go. Thanks for looking.

It will be a total of 6 veterans. Not too many but I have had to put aside the quilt that I was working on for the show in October. Oh well, there is always another show.
