Yes, Hobby Lobby had it. It was the only r/w/b patriotic fabric in that particular store.
I looked for the selvage so that I could tell you who made it,etc. but I must have disposed of it already.

Thank you. Per my eye dr, I have profound color blindness, but can see the basic colors. I probably don't see them quite the way most others do, but I see them. It's very difficult for me to distinguish shades, pastels do nothing for me, subtle fabric shading/piecing is sometimes undetectable to me. So mixing a fabric into a quilt is not easy for me.
I do ask for help, but in this case I didn't have the panel with me, so it was a gamble.
