    Wow. I gave up making "clothes" many, many years ago. You did an amazing job even after all these years.

    Nice! I have some of that narrow wale corduroy. It's so nice and soft. It's almost like velvet. I really should make something out of it.

    I love sewing clothes, too, Chasing Hawk. I was thinking the other day that I need to start another wearable art project. I could use a new jacket.

    Did you add the banding before or after you quilted it?

    Keitha, making and quilting the patchwork is the first step. The ribbing is almost last, just before the adding the zipper and finishing the binding at the neck.

    How cool is that bomber jacket! I bet you will really enjoy all of the compliments. Sewing garments is very rewarding that way. You are very very good at this.
