I sometimes make my own pattern, as in this journal and my bags/purses. However just google 'how to sew a book cover'. I'm sure you can find enough info to move forward and make your own. I would suggest that you cut your piece to quilt larger than what you need and then cut to size you need AFTER you quilt. Good luck-if I had the time I'd write a pdf tutorial but don't have time right now. Good Luck!-Toogie
