A friend from a previous quilt club asked me if I'd like to go to a quilt shop with her today. Does a bear poop in the woods? The shop was having 39% off on everything in the store. It was supposedly the girls 39th birthday AGAIN (she said) so they were giving 39% off total purchase. Then there was a table with misc. stuff that was 50% off & you also got the 39% off that! How can you go wrong???? Has a great time. We also hit 2 thrift stores right next door & across the street. The fabric I got 3 yds each of each of them, the 2 fat quarters glow in the dark!, then there's the handles to put on my rulers (2 of them lg & sm)a yard stick, a Steady Betty pedal holder for my sewing machine & a couple little gadgest from thrift store.
