From quilter's trash to kitty's treasure

I bought new sheets that came with queen size pillowcases, which I cut down to fit standard size pillows. I used the parts I cut off of the pillowcases, some batting I trimmed off the edge from my last quilt, and stuffed it with the too-small-to-use snippets I've been saving up. Literally all my "Trash", lol

My booberry likes to sit on a shelf under my desk, and he seems pretty comfy on his new pillow!

Very cute... Whenever I make (or buy) something specifically for the cat, she won't use it. Then what I dont want her to sit on is where she likes to sit. I'm glad your cute kitty has accepted your gift!

My cats want to keep an eye on me, so no matter where I am, they position themselves so that they can see me. Your very nice kitty is probably doing the same.

Nice kitty cushion. I made a quilt for my son's cat. My cat prefers the bed or the recliner.

I love your "waste not, want not" slogan. My mother pounded that one into me and I'm glad.

Love the idea of stuffing with snippets! I will start saving mine from now on. Great job using "leftovers".

What a good idea! Kitty gets a new bed and scraps stay out of the landfill. Good job!

    I thought I saw a spider,
But it was just a Piece of yarn.
    It's dead yarn now.
