Great job! I have one in the closet, and there it sits. Everyone I've seen I like but not mine> I'll post sometime and let you all look at it. Yours is very attractive. I like the border.

That turned out great. I often quilt with multicolored thread. I never thought about using different colors for different parts of the design. What a brillant idea.

Why don't you like it JCL? Please post it. It's funny because I didn't like this one much until it was altogether, because it's not the colours I would normally go for. I am sure we will all like yours.

Not so much brilliant as that I really couldn't decide on red or orange in the border, so did both & added the yellow to finish off!.

It's on P.3 of this link Esqmommy.

I've been looking today for more fabric for another obw, and currently have the "shortlist" down to about 20 - there are so many beautiful fabrics out there - it's all decisions!! Everyone is so right about "the addiction" of these.
Hah! I have you beat! I've already purchased 12 pieces of fabric that are perfect for OBWs in the future. I have no idea when they will become a reality tho. Butterflies, fish, horses, snow mammals, leaves, Oriental floral, chickens, chili peppers & peppercorns on bay leaves, several florals and an abstract print.
