I have a question on the one that says done with embroidery machine. Am I right that you embroidery machine quilted it?
If so did you hoop it or use the clamp type hoops or hoop the sticky paper and just stick the part of quilt to be done?
I have thought about this before. What type of machine do you use? Mine is thte 15 needle tajima so I have the room.
Thanks
Gail
Hi Gail, Thanks for the nice comment. I love to quilt and since retirement I have made many, I guess over 40 or so for the kids g/kids and friends. I have a Deco 650 embroidery machine that had a card with continious line emb. designs on it (since it got thrown out in the trash with another one of my cards...boohoo). I just chose the design I wanted, hooped it in the hoop and turned the machine on. I did set the machine on my large cutting table for the rest of the quilt to rest on. I don't know what the 15 needle tajima is, so I don't know what you can do with it. As long as it has a hoop and flat surface, I am sure you can do the same. I used low-loft batting in mine, so that cuts down on the bulkiness of the quilt. The Deco 650 is out of order at the moment, the shuttle is not working...have to get it fixed. A friend of mine (47 years) uptated her emb. machine and gave me her artista 165, so now I am in no hurrry to get mine fixed. I have to drive almost 2 hours to the repair people. Anyway, so it goes...lol Thanks again, Mary

Wow! When did you start quilting, at age 12? How long do you think if takes you to start and complete a quilt? They are all treasures.
