What kind of hand surgery are you needing? Carpel Tunnel done with endoscopic incision (about 1/4 inch across the wrist) is a breeze when done by a hand specialist; if that's it, don't wait! I was using my hand again in a few days.

Very nice quilts and so special from their great grandma. Look for a MD that specializes in hands, the one at our hospital is amazing!
