LOVE the quilt! A rag quilt is on my to do list. I already have the 4" square of batting cut. Not sure what fabric I want to use. Maybe a scrappy one! Yours is beautiful.

I've made 2 kings, 2 queens, and numerous lap robe rag quilts. Invest in the spring loaded scissors.

love the quilt! The rag snipers are a necessity! I like doing them and snipping them while watching tv. Goes by really quick!

I don't have one, but there is a special tool for snipping them. My friend who only does rag quilts bought it at JoAnn's.

Lovely quilt. I made a rag quilt with flannel, mini wale corduroy and brushed corduroy. I bought the rag snippers for Amanda and me. It really made a difference since the quilt was a generous queen with the extra to go over the pillows.

WOW what a beautiful rag quilt, one of the nicest I have seen but I would never do one that big cos of all the snipping, take care of those blisters which you should wear with pride seeing the result

I have made a twin size rag quilt. I have a pair of snips though. I would not have made it with regular scissors :)
