    Awesome!! The colors are so bright a granddaughter-like. :D I see the back isn't made of the squares--so you must have sewed the top, then added the back----and sewed around the edge with a half inch seam--then ragged the edge? Is there batting inside?

    I love learning new ways to make the ragged ones.

    Barnbum, the back is done in 7 inch squares, just looks like one piece
    in the picture. 3 layers, flannel on back and center, cotton on front.

    I love the colors you used, they will love them, lots of time left . any grandsons :?: make them all one.......a xmas one for my sofa oops.I mean your sofa lol

    These quilts are fabulous!! I am new to quilting and am always looking for new ideas. How can I get more information on how to make these great looking quilts? They all look warm, cozy, and something I would love to learn how to do! I love these new ideas!!

    gemini1221--if you go to "ragged flannels-last one" I posted the steps I follow to make one--that would get you started.

    Every one should have a ragged flannel :D

    Your ragged quilts are just to darn cute, (I'm sure like your granddaughters) They'll think of there grandmom everytime they snuggle.Good job Sewmuch :thumbup:

    very nice. your granddaugthers will like them. I made one from old blue jeans. Was very heavy to lift but grandson likes it.
