This top quilt was made for my great niece. She wanted a 'snuggle blankie' for watching TV and it HAD to have pink in it (she was 4yo at the time)
I made this a good size of 56x56 - She said it was like cotton candy....so that's what we called it.
The second quilt I had intended to be for myself but hubby thought I needed to start *selling* some of my quilts so I sold this one...it is now at it's new home in Idaho. (66x78)
[[ it was to be my *snuggle blankie*]] :?

Those flannel rag quilts are warm and snuggly. I love the colors in that top one. Good name.

So cute!! I love how the top one is done...the edges. I'm planning rag quilts for Christmas this year for the kiddos in my life. I can't wait to start!

I think both are gorgeous and am thinking of trying my hand at one, sometime. I give most of my quilts away to family and friends. If I sold them it would not be as much fun making them. I love the colors in the 2nd the best.
