PIQF = Pacific International Quilt Festival. Very simple project, but repetitive.

You sew a fusible interfacing to the right side of the leaf fabric. Trim the points, slit the interfacing, turn out so right side of fabric leaf faces up, press leaf to square. Topstich.

Very pretty design and soothing color palette!! Too bad I don't do appliqué........wonder if it could be done with curved piecing......

It can! Some of the best designs I saw out there, were pieced. Good color play options.

nice fabric choices in this. I like how you arranged the direction of the peels gives this pattern a completely different look.

MSQC/ Jenny did a tute on this too/ she has a acrylic template...I have that, and recently ordered the GO die...waiting for delivery

GeriB, yes, a very good tut. I was too cheap to buy the template and made my own. I made a neat little quilt from that, but wanted to do more. Happy to have stumbled across the die. Wow. Sooo much faster ;-) I think I have one more peel quilt in me.
