    I think from what I can see in that tiny photo the it's a perfect match for rangers quilt!

    Hi, Thanks for your response about my "avatar quilt!" I noticed your avatar photo was an iris. I too love irises and wanted to share the quilt I made. First I took a photo of my neighbor's iris garden. Then I painted a 16 x 20 oil from the photo. Then I found a 1 1/2 yd remnant of iris fabric. I made a 18 x 24 panel for the center and painted the irises on that. Just thought you might like to see this. I did a whole slide show on it, if you'd like to send me a regular email address by PM.
