Your bags are wonderful! I have some of those same designs that I've just been sitting on, you really inspired me!

I love the tote - especially the embroidery. Could you share the manufacturer & name of the embroidery patterns you used? You really used colors beautifully in them!

Love the bag! But then I love anything to do with the beach. Are the critters done on an embroidery machine or some other way?

Yes I did the critters on my Bernina. They stitched up really nice on the pre-quilted material. I downloaded the designs from embroiderylibrary.com and the pattern is "The Quilted Traveler's Tote by Jo-Lydia's Attic

The best part of this particular pattern is the number of pockets it has......there are 6 on the outside, 4 which will hold either sunglasses, sunscreen bottle or bottled water, one that is zipped to hold a cell phone and the last will hold my nook!! On the inside there is also a really nice zipped pocket for cash. And as a bonus I used the Babyville PUL fabric from Joann's which makes the bottom of the bag waterproof!!!
