The QOV website is qovf.org. The site explains the size, type of material, how to get a (also a volunteer) long-armer, how to get the top ready for the long-armer, etc. (When the Topper has everything ready, QOVF will team you with a Long-Armer.)

It's very fulfilling and there are some very nice people I have met through my Long-Armer connections!
