Well this is a very nice rug from a mishap with your closet bar falling. I love recycling fabric.
Doesn't it make you feel great to use something that is sitting there not being used? Great thinking on your part!

Thank you for answering me about the clothesline, Wow, I need to go clean out my closet and make rugs instead of having clothes in my closet , ha ha

I used about 135 feet of the rope. I used a glue stick to join the strips and some of the strips were only 5-6 inches long. I find that using strips 3//4 inches or just a little less easier to wrap than wider pieces and strips that are no longer that 22 inches. if they are longer they tend to get tangled.
