    They aren't ugly as bocks. It would look nice as a quilt for a boy or man. :thumbup:

    actually, I think what happened to you is called a "muse".
    We get so used to following patterns and instructions, that we start losing the ability to "free lance" or just play.
    When we get away from all input and just start working with our resources, our brain starts outputting the things we have put into it.
    I can't imagine that the original fabric was all that ugly, it was simply not something you wanted to mess with at the time.
    I like to call what you have produced as "seed" blocks - - they are the beginnings of another quilt - - but, then ... I do scrappy REALLY well!
