I would just do straight line quilting following the triangle and square shapes. I don't think it needs a lot of quilting, just enough to accent the shapes used. It looks wonderful with the pillows.

Y'all are too kind. Thanks so much for your enthusiasm and words of encouragement! I must say, the more I do, the more I'm thinking this "quilting thing" is gonna be pretty long term. LOL! :-)
