You have taken serious fashion faux pas and made it into a gorgeous quilt! Love what you did with them. I would have passed them by without a second look, so glad you had the thoughtfulness and imagination to turn them into something beautiful. You have gotten me to rethink my options in the thrift store. Can't wait to see the finished product.

WOW! Sure looks better as a quilt than it did as pants. Now, those were some butt-ugly pants. The quilt is beautiful. I also like the red/floral one. Super job on both!

How fortunate for someone that you bought those pants and repurposed them. They look much nicer in your quilt!

    Great transformation!
Who in their right mind would wear those pants? Right mind might be the key?

The floral quilt is the 10 minute block and it will have the purple and white borders added. Talk about colorful....
You are my kind of gal. When every I'm out - I am always thinking about quilting (or crafting), I enjoy thinking outside of the box. And you looking at pants (yes ugly pants), but seeing a beauty of a quilt. That is TOTALY thinking outside of the box. When you think outside the box, you have NO rules!!! And I love it and I love to see others who think the same way.

Turned out nice. I can't imagine seeing myself wearing does, but I could cover up with whatever is made from them.

Amazing what scissors and a vision did to those pants.
