    That's really cool.

    I remember a base like that, it was my grandmother's sewing machine that my father and mother sewed with. I never could get the hang of the foot action, my brother Jim did and made himself little drawstring bags for his marble collection.

    I have one very similar to this that I use as a sofa table.
