I'm not always a fan of boarders but I do think boarders would finish off these quilts nicely.

Please add borders because it frames your work, and you did a terrific job! I agree with LynnM...double borders of yellow and blue, and I'd probably make just a tiny bit wider so you can scallop the edges. Beautiful! Whatever you do, please post pictures of the finished quilt.....I love what you did.

Thank you all for your responses. I like your ideas of what to do with the wonky block side. I thought of just doing a white border on the snowball blocks, but not sure if that's a good idea. I would love to hear your suggestions for a border for that side.

I like doing borders. To me they look unfinished without them. JMHO.

I am with the others - a border just seems to frame the quilt and set it off.

if i pillowcase baby quilts i dont put borders just my own way of doing it.i find piloowcasing for charity is easier for me

I always have borders, at least one to frame the quilt. Just think it makes them look finished. Just my opinion, your quilt make it to your liking.

If you want it larger, add borders, otherwise you can leave it as it is. I think white would be fine for the snowball side if you decide to add them.
