Default Rhombus quilted by Linette

Finished last week. She wanted super simple, so I ditched the blocks. Took quite a while, but it's exactly what she wanted and she was very happy. ♡♡♡

Thank you for looking.

oh, I really like that one! does it have batting in it? I am surprised you did not do any quilting in those long borders- batting will separate, bunch up & become pretty *unsightly* if not 'quilted' -- even warm & natural or other battings with scrim need to be quilted at least every 10"; battings without scrim generally need to be quilted every 2"-4"; if you used fleece or flannel for batting then the quilting (or lack of) probably wont make a difference. or, if it is not going to be laundered the batting will last longer.

The border is only 3 inches and the blocks are small. I believe it was only about 50x60 all together. Nothing on here is even close to being 10 inches. But thank you for the input.

Thank you. <3
I also only use quality batting. And it isn't about the quilting, it's about the quilt. This one was QD Select. I also use QD wool, Hobbs wool, and W&N cotton.

beautiful in it's simplicity, but I know why it took awhile ;-) Great looking quilt.
